Posters will be presented in two sessions, depending on the drop-downs below. Posters with odd numbers will be presented on Thursday at 04.45 pm, posters with even numbers on Thursday at 06.45 pm.

Please make sure to put up your posters before the start of the first poster session.

The participants will be given exactly 60 seconds to pitch, after which a gong will be rung to indicate the start of the next pitch.

The supporting slides will be projected on the screen. If a participant does not provide a pitch slide before the deadline, a blank slide will be placed for their sequence.
