Registration and Contributions

The Organising Committee invites you to join the virtual meeting in 2021 (30th August - 3rd September). Please note that registration and submission of your contribution (oral contribution or poster) will be open beginning of June.


Submission of Contribution (Abstracts for talk or poster): extended to 5th July 2021

Submission of Poster files: 20th August 2021


The oral presentations will be given live using Zoom as a virtual platform. The posters will appear on the meeting website and are only accessible for registered participants. Alongside with their poster, presenters can also provide a 3 minute video as a poster primer. Information about the format of the poster and short videos will follow soon.

The abstract should not exceed 1.800 characters and needs to be uploaded through the abstract submission form not later than the 5th of July 2021. 


Please use the registration form to register for the meeting. 

Please note that the registration as a DZG member is only possible if you join the Society beforehand (DZG membership information). Please have your membership ID ready for the registration process.

Your account will be activated once you: 

[1] confirmed the registration by mail and

[2] we received the conference fee payment.

We will notify you by e-mail once your acount is confirmed. At this time you will be able to login to the participant section of the website.
